I'm a frontend software engineer with more than 12 years of experience building web applications. My focus is UI engineering: component architecture, interaction behavior, accessibility, and design systems.
I've spent over eight years building and evolving design systems, working closely with designers and product engineers. I've also been the first dedicated frontend engineer at a startup, taking new products from concept through release.
What I enjoy most is working with people on both sides of Design and Engineering: understanding what they're trying to do and figuring out a solution together.

I led the technical scope of a 1.0 overhaul, simplifying component APIs and helping teams complete the migration with tooling, support, and pull requests in their applications. The system served LegalZoom's web experiences outside marketing.
